Z1 fork

Find spare parts for different generations of the Marzocchi Z1. This collection includes earlier Z1 models as well as the modern Bomber Z1. Their components must be identified separately.

Earlier Z1 models

For an earlier Z1, choose parts using the original model year, version and exploded drawing. The specifications below describe the modern Bomber Z1 only and must not be applied to older Z1 forks.

Modern Bomber Z1: model year 2019 onwards

STANCHIONS: 36 mm
WHEEL SIZES: 27.5-inch and 29-inch, depending on version
AXLE: 15x110 mm on the documented versions
DAMPING: GRIP on earlier modern versions; RAIL 2.0 in the 2025 documentation
AIR SPRING: FLOAT NA2 on the documented air versions

2025 changes: RAIL 2.0 uses a complete cartridge with a pressure tube. Revised lower legs feature bypass channels and a new arch. Check compatibility separately when replacing these assemblies.

Check compatibility before ordering: Use your fork’s model year and exact version, not just its name or purchase date. Check the part number, dimensions and product compatibility table against the original parts list. A generation or year range is a guide, not a guarantee that every part fits every fork in that range.
